Dzhokar Tsarnaev reportedly confessed to the bombings at the Boston Marathon. U.S. Attorney Carmen Ortiz is prosecuting Tsarnaev on charges of using a weapon of mass destruction and malicious destruction of property, in acts that killed three people and injured more than 260. The 19-year-old had been cooperating with law enforcement by writing on a pad of paper but stopped sharing so freely after authorities read him his Miranda rights.
