Fines and Costs: For your third DUI you face an extremely expensive amount of fines totaling $150,000. Furthermore you will also have to pay an additional $250 to the Arizona DUI Abatement fund. Last, if you were arrested after March 13, 2004, you will have to pay an additionally $1,500.
- License: You will have your driver’s license revoked for years.
Treatment program: You will have to complete a drug/alcohol treatment program.
- Probation: After being released from jail, you may be placed on probation for up to five years.
- ID: Your vehicle will have an ignition interlock device installed.
