Just several years after the burst of the housing bubble, the Administration is pushing banks to make home loans to people with weaker credit. If that were to come to pass, that would send us right back on the same path we were just trying to recover from. As a bankruptcy attorney, I always advise my clients to avoid any purchases they cannot afford.
