Dave Baarlaer is an attorney licensed to practice in Ohio. He's a 1996 graduate of the Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law, and a 1990 graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a BA in English Literature. Dave has been working for LexisNexis for over 15 years in various capacities, from working in Customer Service as a research attorney for Lexis.com customers, to composing Case Law Summaries, to his current position as a writer for Lawyers.com. Dave's interests outside work include spending time with his wife and children and enjoying the outdoors in hiking, hunting and fishing.
