Congress Sneaks Pro-Monsanto, Anti-Consumer Bill into Law

Hidden within the appropriations bill passed by Congress last week to fund the federal government was an unnecessary rider that rolls back consumer rights and sharply restricts the ability to seek justice through the judicial system. Can Big Pharma Pay To Keep Generics Off the Market?

The U.S. Supreme Court today heard arguments over whether big pharmaceutical companies can pay generic drug manufacturers to delay their entry into the marketplace. In FTC v.
