A 5-year-old boy won a $1.3 million jury award to compensate him for damage to his penis when he was circumcised at 12-hours old. The morning after Dr. Marc Feldstein delivered Daniel Burden  at Northwestern’s Prentice Women’s Hospital in Chicago on Oct. 4, 2007, he performed a routine circumcision on the newborn.
