Mark Williams isn’t waiting for Halloween to dress up and play superhero. The Petoskey, Mich. man recently showed up to an accident scene dressed as Batman, convinced he could help. It’s a Miracle! Wheelchair Bound Prisoner Walks After Judge Reduces Sentence

Carl Funk, 58, told Broward County, Fla., judge John Hurley (on a video feed from jail to a courtroom) that he is innocent of the seven-year-old charges (trespassing and open-alcoholic-container counts) and that, besides, he is now wheelchair-bound in pathetic medical condition and should be allowed to go home. Man Tries to Pay Cops with Pig-Shaped Dollar Bills

A Houston man went hog-wild over a $137 ticket for an expired inspection sticker and tried to pay the fine in $1 bills each folded into a pig. He then presented the litter of paper porkers in a doughnut box, apparently hoping to catch the cops on a coffee break.
