Anti-Abortion Laws Continue to Proliferate

The nationwide assault on  reproductive health rights has continued into the summer, with a number of states enacting laws designed to block women from accessing abortions and other health care. More than 300 anti-abortion laws have been introduced in state legislatures this year. As of July 1, 43 had passed, according to the Guttmacher Institute.
