Lenny Dykstra Gets Six Months for Bankruptcy Fraud

Baseball star-cum would-be financial magnate Lenny Dykstra was sentenced to six-and-a-half months in prison this week for hiding assets from his bankruptcy estate. Dykstra, 49, agreed to a plea deal in July after his bankruptcy trustee discovered that he had taken up to $400,000 in memorabilia and household goods from his estate while bankruptcy proceedings were ongoing. Airport Stripper Not Guilty of Indecent Exposure

An Oregon man was found not guilty of indecent exposure last week on the grounds that his striptease in the Portland airport was an act of protest protected by the state constitution. John Brennan, a 49-year-old technology consultant, removed his clothes during passenger screenings in April after TSA agents pulled him aside for a pat down. “I believe I am within my rights to be naked as a form of protest,” Brennan told security officials at the time.
