Supreme Court Upholds Obamacare

The Supreme Court of the United States ruled today to uphold most of the provisions of the controversial 2010 federal health care law, including allowing the individual mandate requiring all Americans to purchase health care to survive as a tax. Supreme Court Hears Arguments on Health Care Law

The Supreme Court heard arguments this week about the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, or Obamacare, in preparation for a ruling on whether aspects of the massive health care overhaul are allowable under the Constitution.
