Ariz. Cops Ordered to Return Medical Marijuana to Patients

Arizona authorities must return medical marijuana they seize from authorized patients, according to a decision from the Arizona Supreme Court. The state’s high court refused to hear the appeal of the Yuma County Sheriff’s Office, which argued that returning medical marijuana to a patient would put it in violation of the federal Controlled Substances Act.
