New Jersey One-Gun Law Upheld, Setting a Precedent

Will Fewer Guns Reduce Killings? [Poll]

A recent gun buyback program, covered by Lawyers.com, cost the state of New Jersey $324,000. It collected more than 2,600 weapons, including 700 illegal ones.  Lawyers.com journalist Michele Bowman also reports that a New Jersey appellate court recently upheld a gun sales law.
