‘Gangland’ Faces Suit by Informant

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on Sept. 16 gave the green light to a suit by an informant whose identity was revealed on the History Channel show “Gangland” after its producers had promised to keep his identity secret, according to the opinion. Yelp Sues Law Firm for ‘Fake’ Good Reviews

Reality Star Alleges A&E Rigged Show

Rapper’s Instagram Rant Against Babysitter Brings Lawsuit

Shirley Sherrod’s Defamation Lawsuit Gets Green Light

A federal appeals court has declined to dismiss a defamation lawsuit filed by former Agriculture Department official Shirley Sherrod against a conservative political blogger. If the case proceeds to trial, it could lead to a landmark ruling on bloggers’ rights and responsibilities.
