A Hawaii man who stupidly posted a video on the Internet of himself drinking and driving is facing open container and other charges, though he has dodged DUI charges so far. New York Subway Jumper Gets Seven Years in Prison

An attempt to save a little cash on train fare turned out to be a very expensive mistake for one man in New York City.
