Survey Says More Moms Paying Child Support

Moms are increasingly responsible for paying child support, according to a recent survey of divorce attorneys. Fifty-six percent of the attorneys surveyed by the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) say they’ve seen an uptick in the number of female clients paying child support in the last three years. Supreme Court Poised to Hear Arizona Immigration Law Arguments

  The US Supreme Court on Wednesday will hear arguments in the immigration-law case that pits the state of Arizona against the US federal government. At issue are four key provisions in the state’s anti-immigration law, which a federal judge blocked from going into effect in 2010.
