Como ser compensado y demanda por despido injustificado y pago de salario y overtime

Como ser compensado por overtime y salario impagadas y despido injustificado Si el empleador no le paga el salario o si no le paga las horas extraordinarias (es decir, las horas trabajadas sobre la jornada normal de trabajo) tiene usted muy probablemente la posibilidad de demandarle al amparo de la Ley de practicas laborales legitimas – “Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”- y de la Ley de Florida sobre salarios impagados.
