Que puede hacer si le notifican una demanda?

Que hacer si le presentan una demanda Que presenten una demanda contra uno, NO es una cosa agradable. Sin embargo, necesita hacer algo rapidamente, porque si comete el error de no contratar a un Abogado y contestar la demanda en el plazo de veinte (20) dias, el demandante, es decir, la persona que ha presentado la demanda, puede conseguir una declaracion de rebeldia contra usted.
