Como rectificar certificados de nacimiento o matrimonio. Recientemente han acudido personas para preguntarme como pueden corregirse errores de los certificados de matrimonio. Por que es esto importante? Es importante especialmente en lo relativo a la Ley de inmigracion. Por que? Porque cualquier inconsistencia o error en dichos certificados puede retrasar el procedimiento de inmigracion. No es dificil corregir los errores de los certificados de matrimonio. Si usted se caso en Florida habra de ir al condado en el que contrajo matrimonio y acudir al departamento de licencias matrimoniales (“marriage license division”). Lleve toda la documentacion que pruebe o indique el error, incluyendo el certificado de nacimiento, el I.D., y la tarjeta de la Seguridad Social. Si se caso en otra parte, pongase en contacto con el Departamento de Estadisticas vitales de ese Estado. Si no esta seguro de como hacer estas cosas, no dude en ponerse en contacto con nuestro despacho (oficina).
