FEDERAL EMPLOYEE PHYSICIAN REPRESENTATION ATLANTA ATTORNEY

Since 1974 Bev Bates represents federal medical personnel in grievances, investigations, and other proceedings before Agencies, the EEOC, MSPB, Office of Special Counsel, and federal courts. He represented Army personnel during his service as a JAG officer attached to the Pentagon for 4 years arguing and briefing court-martial appeals; and represented federal regional and headquarters Agency officials in civil suits before the U. S. District Court and U. S. Court of Appeals as Assistant U. S. Attorney for the Northern District of Georgia for 8 years. This included defense of physicians providing patient services at federal Agencies. In 1974 Mr. Bates co-founded a law office, Bates & Baum, in Atlanta, and continued to represent federal employees including medical personnel before Agency Boards, EEOC, MSPB, Office of Special Counsel, and Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, Washington, D.C.
