Are There anyPlaintiff’s Bar Informational Forums?

I was playing with a mock website last night when an idea came into my head.  And, since it was getting late, I was up for a while thinking about it.  Also, since it was late, I wonder if it is a good idea.  There are currently two attorneys in our firm. There are many firms representing Plaintiffs in personal injury cases in Nevada.  We are at an informational disadvantage compared to the Defense Bar.  The idea is to narrow that gap.

What I was thinking of doing was creating a forum for Plaintiffs Attorneys to use to exhcange information.  It would include several categories including: IME physicians; bad faith; defeense attorney tactics; and discovery.  It would also include areas where we know there are many cases running regarding the same issues such as the Yamaha Rhino Rollover cases.

As an example, the members of the forum would exchange information regarding IME Physicians opinions, statements they may have made in depositions that would be useful in other cases, and other helpful information.  In a forum regarding cases such as the Rhino cases, it would include discovery issues (problems and rulings by the Court), identities of persons holding knowledge relevant to the case, and Motions that are filed.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this?  Any Pros or Cons?

Thanks.

A question regarding the usefulness of a forum where Plaintiffs Personal Injury Attorneys can exchange information useful to their clients.

Unfortunately, the insurance industry was able to convince the Nevada State Legislature, then the Nevada voters to institute tort reform based on a "malpractice crisis" leading to fears that our doctors would flee the state if tort reform was not passed.  The second wave of tort reform removed an exception to the limits on non-economic ...
