MERCER COUNTY COLLISION CAUSES FATALITY AND INJURES ONE

Early Monday morning, two cars collided on the Princeton Pike in Lawrence, Mercer County, New Jersey, fatally injuring one driver and leaving another with serious injuries. The driver of the sedan, who expired at the scene of the accident, was traveling southbound, and the driver of the pickup was traveling northbound when the two cars collided. The pickup driver was pulled from the wreckage and brought to the Capital Health Regional Medical Center in Trenton for treatment. No further details or identification of the drivers in the collision was available.

A collision between two cars may occur for many different reasons like a dangerous curve in the highway, excessive speed, or a distraction in the car or on the road. If an accident is serious enough, both drivers and passengers may incur debilitating injuries or risk a fatality. This could mean a disruption in the victim’s quality of life and overwhelming medical bills that add to the tragedy.
